Sec. 5. Coordinated metrics and information sharing

The Secretary of Commerce, in coordination with representatives of State trade promotion agencies, shall develop a framework to share export success information, and develop a coordinated set of reporting metrics. Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Commerce shall submit to Congress a report that contains the framework and reporting metrics required under subsection (a).
