Section 2312(d) of the Export Enhancement Act of 1988 ( 15 U.S.C. 4727(d) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(2)as paragraph (3); and by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following new paragraph: The TPCC shall also include 1 or more members appointed by the President who are representatives of State trade promotion agencies. .
