Section 3 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 is amended by striking paragraph
(4)and inserting the following new paragraph: The term joint resolution on the budget means— a joint resolution setting forth the budget for the United States Government for a fiscal year as provided in section 301; and any other joint resolution revising the budget for the United States Government for a fiscal year as described in section 304. .
