Sec. 8303. Report on allocation of assistance under this Act

Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of any law appropriating funds to carry out any provision of this Act, the President shall notify Congress of— each foreign country, international organization, regional program, and centrally funded program for which the United States Government intends to provide any portion of the funds under such law; and the amount of funds under such law, by category of assistance, that the United States Government intends to provide to each such country, organization, and program. Subsection
(a)does not apply with respect to any law making continuing appropriations. The authority of section 9603 may not be used to waive the provisions of this section.
