The Secretary and the Administrator are authorized to use funds made available for economic assistance to carry out the comprehensive international strategy and country plans developed under section 3203 and to conduct research and collect and analyze data in accordance with section 3202. The Secretary and the Administrator shall seek to ensure that programs, projects, and activities carried out under this subtitle are coordinated with related programs, projects, and activities carried out under other provisions of law.
