The Administrator is authorized to use funds made available under this subchapter and under subtitle B for programs to provide reproductive health care during humanitarian emergencies and complex crises, including: Life-saving priority activities set out in the Sphere Project’s Humanitarian Charter and Minimum Standards in Disaster Response. Preventing sexual violence and providing medical care and psychosocial services to survivors of sexual violence. Voluntary family planning for the duration of displacement.
