Section 207 of the National Windstorm Impact Reduction Act of 2004 ( 42 U.S.C. 15706 ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for carrying out this title— $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2014; $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2015; and $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2016. There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Science Foundation for carrying out this title— $11,400,000 for fiscal year 2014; $11,400,000 for fiscal year 2015; and $11,400,000 for fiscal year 2016.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Institute of Standards and Technology for carrying out this title— $5,500,000 for fiscal year 2014; $5,500,000 for fiscal year 2015; and $5,500,000 for fiscal year 2016. There are authorized to be appropriated to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for carrying out this title— $2,500,000 for fiscal year 2014; $2,500,000 for fiscal year 2015; and $2,500,000 for fiscal year 2016. .
