Section 3(8)(B)(ii) of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act ( 29 U.S.C. 1802(8)(B)(ii) ) is amended by striking under sections 101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(a) and 214(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. and inserting under subclauses

(a)and

(c)of section 101(a)(15)(H)(ii), and section 214(c), of the Immigration and Nationality Act. .
