Section 981(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Any property, real or personal, that is involved in a violation or attempted violation, or which constitutes or is derived from proceeds traceable to a violation, of section 104(a) of the North Korea Sanctions Enforcement Act of 2014. . Section 983(i)(2)(D) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— by striking or the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and inserting , the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ; and by adding at the end before the semicolon the following: , or the North Korea Sanctions Enforcement Act of 2014 .
Section 1956(c)(7)(D) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— by striking or section 92 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 and inserting section 92 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 ; and by adding at the end the following: , or section 104(a) of the North Korea Sanctions Enforcement Act of 2014 .
