Section 804(4) of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act ( 42 U.S.C. 8287c(4) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking or after the semicolon; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: a measure to support the use of natural gas vehicles and electric vehicles or the fueling or charging infrastructure necessary for natural gas vehicles and electric vehicles, including the use of utility energy service contracts to support those vehicles or infrastructure. .
