Chapter 537 of title 46, United States Code, is repealed. The analysis at the beginning of subtitle V of such title is amended by striking the item relating to such chapter. Such title is further amended— in section 31308, by inserting as in effect before the date of the enactment of the after New Fair Deal Consolidating and Eliminating Outdated Subsidies Act of 2013 , chapter 537 of this title, ; in section 31326(b), by inserting as in effect before the date of the enactment of the after New Fair Deal Consolidating and Eliminating Outdated Subsidies Act of 2013 , chapter 537 of this title, each place it appears; in section 51704(b), by inserting as in effect before the date of the enactment of the after New Fair Deal Consolidating and Eliminating Outdated Subsidies Act of 2013 , chapter 537 of this title, ; in section 553301(a)(2), by inserting as in effect before the date of the enactment of the after New Fair Deal Consolidating and Eliminating Outdated Subsidies Act of 2013 , chapter 537 of this title, ; and in section 57101(b), by inserting (as in effect before the date of the enactment of the after New Fair Deal Consolidating and Eliminating Outdated Subsidies Act of 2013 ) 537 .
