The sixth paragraph under the heading FOREST SERVICE in the Act of May 23, 1908 ( 16 U.S.C. 500 ) is amended in the first sentence— by striking the annual average of 25 percent of all amounts received for the applicable fiscal year and each of the preceding 6 fiscal years and inserting 25 percent of all amounts received for the applicable fiscal year ; by striking said reserve both places it appears and inserting the national forest ; and by striking forest reserve both places it appears and inserting national forest .
Section 13 of the Act of March 1, 1911 (commonly known as the Weeks Law; 16 U.S.C. 500 ) is amended in the first sentence by striking the annual average of 25 percent of all amounts received for the applicable fiscal year and each of the preceding 6 fiscal years and inserting 25 percent of all amounts received for the applicable fiscal year .
