Sec. 1. Exemption of perishable agricultural commodities

Section 15(a)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 ( 29 U.S.C. 215(a)(1) ) is amended by inserting (other than perishable agricultural commodities, as such term is defined in section 1(b)(4) of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930 (7 U.S.C. 499a(b)(4)) after any goods .
