Section 104(d)(1) (30 U.S.C. 814(d)(1)) is amended— in the first sentence— by striking any mandatory health or safety standard and inserting any provision of this Act, including any mandatory health or safety standard or regulation promulgated under this Act ; and by striking such mandatory health or safety standards and inserting such provisions, regulations, or mandatory health or safety standards ; and in the second sentence, by striking any mandatory health or safety standard and inserting any provision of this Act, including any mandatory health or safety standard or regulation promulgated under this Act, .
