Section 468A(e)(2) is amended by striking at the rate of 20 percent and inserting at a rate equal to the maximum rate in effect for such taxable year under section 11 . Section 468A(c)(1) is amended by striking and at the end of subparagraph (A), by striking the period at the end of subparagraph
(B)and inserting , and , and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: if any distribution is made from the Fund during such taxable year which is not used as provided in subsection (e)(4), the balance of the Fund determined immediately before such distribution. . The amendments made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2014.
