Section 26(b)(2) is amended by striking subparagraph (W). Section 1400C(e) is amended by striking paragraph (4). Section 6211(b)(4)(A) is amended by striking 36, . Section 6213(g)(2) is amended by striking subparagraphs
(O)and (P). The amendments made by this section shall apply to residences purchased after June 30, 2011.
