The Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq. ) is amended— in section 456 ( 20 U.S.C. 1087f )— in subsection (a), by striking paragraph (4); and by striking subsection (c); and in section 458(a) ( 20 U.S.C. 1087h(a) ), by striking paragraph (2).
