Section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A) ) is amended— in clause (ii), by striking at the end and ; in clause (iii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new clause: $2,500,000 for the portion of fiscal year 2014 before April 1, 2014. .
