Section 1902(a)(10)(E)(iv) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(E)(iv) ) is amended by striking December 2013 and inserting March 2014 . Section 1933(g) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396u–3(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (S), by striking and after the semicolon; in subparagraph (T), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: for the period that begins on January 1, 2014, and ends on March 31, 2014, the total allocation amount is $200,000,000. .
