Sections 1101(a) and 1104(a)(2)(A) of the Internet Tax Freedom Act (title XI of division C of Public Law 105–277 ; 47 U.S.C. 151 note) shall be applied by substituting the date specified in section 106(3) of this joint resolution for November 1, 2014 .
