A covered entity under article 4 or 8 of this chapter is not required to provide a reasonable accommodation or a reasonable modification to policies, practices or procedures to an individual who meets the definition of disability solely under section 41-1461, paragraph 5, subdivision
(c)or who meets the definition of being regarded as having such a physical or mental impairment under section 41-1492.
