41-1097. Definitions

A. The definitions in section 41-1001 apply to this chapter.
B. In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Notice of exempt rulemaking" means a notice of:
(a)An exemption pursuant to section 41-1005, except those exemptions that require notice and an opportunity for public comment.
(b)An exemption pursuant to section 41-1057.
(c)A rule adopted pursuant to an exemption, as provided exclusively to an agency in statute or session law, from all requirements of the act.
2. "Published" means a rulemaking that has been printed and distributed by an agency or posted on an agency's website or filed by an agency and published in the register or a combination of any of these requirements as provided in statute or session law.
