32-3905. Acupuncture board of examiners fund

A. The acupuncture board of examiners fund is established consisting of fees collected pursuant to section 32-3927. The board shall administer the fund. Pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the board shall deposit ten percent of all monies collected under this chapter in the state general fund and deposit the remaining ninety percent in the acupuncture board of examiners fund.
B. Monies deposited in the acupuncture board of examiners fund are subject to section 35-143.01.
