The board of supervisors shall furnish, to be placed in each voting booth, unless the information is printed on the sample ballot, a card or poster printed in large plain type containing the following:
Notice to Voters.
Section one of this ballot is comprised of partisan candidates. To vote for the candidates for the partisan offices, mark the ballot next to the name of the candidate for each partisan office for whom you wish to vote. If you wish to vote for a person whose name is not printed on the ballot, write such name in the blank space provided and mark the ballot next to the name according to the instructions.
Section two of this ballot is comprised of nonpartisan candidates including judicial candidates, school district candidates and initiative or referendum propositions. To vote for the candidates for the nonpartisan offices, mark the ballot opposite the name of the candidate for each nonpartisan office for which you wish to vote. If you wish to vote for a person whose name is not printed on the ballot, write such name in the blank space provided and mark the ballot next to the name according to the instructions.
Mark the ballot by the word "yes" or "for" for each proposition or question that you wish to be adopted. Mark the ballot by the word "no" or "against" for each proposition or question that you wish not to be adopted.
