Sec. 04.21.076 Suspension of fine or sentence.
The court may not suspend a fine for an offense other than a misdemeanor or felony under this title, or suspend imposition or execution of sentence for an offense other than a misdemeanor or felony under this title, unless otherwise expressly provided in this title.
