Sec. 29.55.160. Definitions.
In AS 29.55.100 — 29.55.165,
(1)“finance” and “financing” include refinancing an existing project;
(2)“mortgage” has the meaning given in AS 13.06.050 ;
(3)“program” means a program established under AS 29.55.100 .
