Sec. 27.21.130. Public notice of application.
At the time an applicant submits an application for a permit or for a revision of a permit, the applicant shall give notice in the manner set out in AS 38.05.945
(b)and
(c)except as may be provided otherwise by regulations adopted under this chapter.
