Sec. 26.05.875. Malingering.
A member of the militia who, for the purpose of avoiding work, duty, or service,
(1)feigns illness, physical disablement, mental lapse, or derangement, or
(2)intentionally inflicts self-injury may be punished by up to one year of confinement, by separation with characterization up to dishonorable discharge, and by such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
