Sec. 23.15.560. Compensation.
Members of the Alaska Workforce Investment Board listed in or appointed under AS 23.15.550 (a), including a designee of a member attending in place of the member, serve without compensation but are entitled to per diem and travel expenses authorized by law for boards and commissions under AS 39.20.180 . Nonvoting members of the board appointed under AS 23.15.550
(b)serve without compensation and are not entitled to per diem and travel expenses. A commissioner appointed under AS 23.15.550 (a)(2) or the commissioner's designee is entitled to per diem and travel expenses as a state employee.
