Sec. 21.79.180. Determination of residency of certain individuals.
A citizen of the United States that is either a
(1)resident of a foreign country, or
(2)resident of a United States possession, territory, or protectorate that does not have an association similar to the association created by this chapter is, for purposes of this chapter, a resident of the state of domicile of the insurer that issued the policy or contract.
