Sec. 21.22.050. Jurisdiction and consent to service.
The courts of this state are given jurisdiction over every person not resident, domiciled, or authorized to do business in this state who files a statement with the director under this chapter and over all actions involving that person arising out of violations of this chapter, and each person is considered to have performed acts equivalent to and constituting an appointment of the director to be the lawful attorney of the person upon whom may be served all lawful process in any action or proceeding arising out of a violation of this chapter.
Copies of all lawful process shall be transmitted by registered or certified mail by the director to the person at the last known address of the person.
