Sec. 18.60.065. Importation of toxic and hazardous substances.
Toxic and hazardous substances imported into the state shall be accompanied by a federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration
(OSHA)form 20 or equivalent information. This requirement does not apply to a substance for which the in-state purchaser has already received the most current information.
