Sec. 10.25.460. Registered office and registered agent.
Each cooperative shall have and continuously maintain in the state a registered
(1)office, which may be, but need not be, the same as the location of the principal office;
(2)agent who is either an individual resident in the state whose business office is identical with the registered office or a domestic or foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the state whose business office is identical with the registered office.
