It is unlawful for any person possessing unshucked oysters to
(i)resist or interfere with an officer while he examines oysters suspected of being unculled or
(ii)refuse to admit an officer to a boat or oyster house for the purpose of such inspection.
A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
