78B-1-123. Jurors and witnesses -- Limit of time for presentation of certificate.
(1)As used in this section, "finance officer" means the same as that term is defined in Section 17-66-101 .
(2)Any holder of a witness's or juror's certificate specified in this title shall be required to present the certificate to the county treasurer or to the county finance officer, as the case may be, of the county where the certificate was issued within one year from the date of issuance.
(3)If the certificate is not presented for payment within the time described in Subsection
(2), the certificate is invalid and will not be paid.
