63A-20-203. Program manager -- Appointment -- Duties.
(1)The executive director, with the approval of the governor, shall appoint an individual to manage the program.
(2)The program manager shall be experienced in:
(a)government administration;
(b)data privacy;
(c)cybersecurity; and
(d)information technology.
(3)The program manager is responsible for implementing a state-endorsed digital identity in accordance with this chapter.
