58-92-301. Licensure required -- License classifications.
(1)Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a license is required to engage in an act regulated under this chapter.
(2)The division shall issue to a person that qualifies under this chapter, a license in the following classifications:
(a)private investigator agent;
(b)private investigator registrant; or
(c)private investigator apprentice.
