58-37-202. Applicability of Title 76 to prosecutions.
Unless specifically excluded in or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or Title 76, Chapter 18, Part 2, Offenses Concerning Controlled Substances, the following provisions of Title 76, Utah Criminal Code, are applicable to a prosecution under this chapter or under Title 76, Chapter 18, Part 2, Offenses Concerning Controlled Substances:
(1)Title 76, Chapter 2, Principles of Criminal Responsibility ;
(2)Title 76, Chapter 3, Punishments ; and
(3)Title 76, Chapter 4, Inchoate Offenses .
