58-37-115. Restrictions on liability for law enforcement.
No liability shall be imposed upon any authorized state or federal officer engaged in the enforcement of this chapter or Title 76, Chapter 18, Part 2, Offenses Concerning Controlled Substances, who is engaged in the enforcement of any law, municipal ordinance, or regulation relating to controlled substances.
