41-1a-1602. Sponsored special group license plate program.
(1)The division shall establish and administer a sponsored special group license plate program as described in this part.
(2)The division shall issue to an applicant who satisfies the requirements of this part one of the following:
(a)a collegiate special group license plate;
(b)a private nonprofit special group license plate;
(c)a corporate brand sponsored special group license plate;
(d)a major league sports team sponsored special group license plate;
(e)a state agency support special group license plate; or
(f)a state agency recognition special group license plate.
