26B-7-123. Report on CHAT campaign.

Effective 7/1/2024

(1)The department shall determine metrics to measure the success of the CHAT campaign and regularly reevaluate those metrics.

(2)No later than September 1, 2028, the department shall create a report on:

(a)the implementation of the CHAT campaign;

(b)the results of the CHAT campaign; and

(c)recommendations for the continuance or the suspension of the CHAT campaign.

(3)The department shall deliver the report described in Subsection

(2)to the Health and Human Services Interim Committee, no later than October 1, 2028.
