26B-5-103. Director -- Qualifications.
(1)The executive director shall appoint a director within the division to carry out all or part of the duties and responsibilities described in this part.
(2)The director appointed under Subsection
(1)shall have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, be experienced in administration, and be knowledgeable in matters concerning substance use and mental health.
