20A-7-202.7. Posting initiative information.
(1)Within one business day after the day on which the lieutenant governor receives the initial fiscal impact statement under Subsection 20A-7-202.5(3)(a) , the lieutenant governor shall post the following information together in a conspicuous place on the lieutenant governor's website:
(a)the initiative application;
(b)the initiative petition;
(c)the text of the proposed law;
(d)the initial fiscal impact statement; and
(e)information describing how an individual may remove the individual's signature from the initiative petition.
(2)The lieutenant governor shall:
(a)promptly update the information described in Subsection
(1)if the information changes, including if the text of the proposed law is modified under Subsection 20A-7-204.1(5) ; and
(b)maintain the information described in Subsection
(1)on the lieutenant governor's website until the initiative fails to qualify for the ballot or is passed or defeated at an election.
