20A-5a-210. Certification of county candidates for regular general election -- Ballot propositions.
(1)A county clerk shall publish for the county, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102 , for 30 calendar days, the notice described in Subsection
(2):
(a)no earlier than the first business day that is at least two calendar days after the day on which the lieutenant governor provides the notice described in Section 20A-5a-209 to the county clerk; and
(b)no later than the second business day in September.
(2)The notice required under Subsection
(1):
(a)shall include the portion of the notice, provided to the county clerk by the lieutenant governor under Section 20A-5a-209 , relating to races in which a resident of the county may vote;
(b)shall include all candidates who have qualified for placement on the regular general election ballot in the county for county office or local school board office;
(c)shall, in accordance with Sections 20A-6-109 and 20A-6-110 , include instructions on how the names of candidates will appear on the regular general election ballot; and
(d)shall include information on local ballot propositions that have qualified for placement on the ballot.
