15A-5-103. Nationally recognized codes incorporated by reference.
The following codes are incorporated by reference into the State Fire Code:
(1)the International Fire Code, 2024 edition, excluding appendices, as issued by the International Code Council, Inc., except as amended by Part 2, Statewide Amendments and Additions to International Fire Code Incorporated as Part of State Fire Code;
(2)National Fire Protection Association, NFPA 1, Chapter 38, Marijuana Growing, Processing, and Extraction Facilities, 2024 edition;
(3)National Fire Protection Association, NFPA 54, National Fuel Gas Code, 2024 edition; and
(4)National Fire Protection Association, NFPA 58, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code, 2024 edition.
