13-47-103. Scope of chapter.
A private employer shall comply with this chapter, and this chapter shall be enforced without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, familial status, or source of income.
Enacted by Chapter 403 , 2010 General Session
This section is repealed on the earlier of July 1, 2027, or 120 days after the day on which the governor makes the finding described in Subsection 63G-12-202(3)(a).
