Aug. 10, 1956, ch. 1041, § 53 , 70A Stat. 641 Section 1071, act July 9, 1952, ch. 608 , pt. V, § 501, 66 Stat. 500 , prescribed composition of Naval Militia. See section 7851 of Title 10 , Armed Forces. Section 1072, act July 9, 1952, ch. 608 , pt. V, § 502, 66 Stat. 500 , provided for appointment and enlistment of militia members in Naval Reserve or Marine Corps Reserve. See section 7852 of Title 10 . Section 1073, act July 9, 1952, ch. 608 , pt. V, § 503, 66 Stat. 500 , provided for release from militia duty upon order to active duty in service of United States.
