There is created a Tennessee code commission of five
(5)members composed of the chief justice of the supreme court, the attorney general and reporter, a director of the office of legal services for the general assembly, and two
(2)other members appointed by the chief justice.
In the event of a vacancy for any cause in the appointed membership, the vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the chief justice.
