H. Talbert.Reimbursement to, for automobile damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay W. H. Talbert, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as reimbursement, the sum of $135 for money expended for repair of automobile wrecked in service of the Indian Department in transporting Indian children from one school to another.
