F. Nichols.Refund of excess of fine to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to J. F. Nichols, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $200 for the purpose of refunding to J. F. Nichols the said sum paid in excess as a fine to the clerk of the United States district court at Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the case of the United States against John Nichols, numbered 463.
